About Me
I qualified as a Midwife in 1984 after the birth of my own 2 daughters. I had decided to become a Midwife when I was pregnant with my first daughter. I thought it must be a wonderful and rewarding job - and it is.
I have worked in many different maternity units within the NHS as a Midwife. I also have Neonatal and Special Care Baby Unit experience.
As an Independent Midwife with many years NHS experience, I have chosen to work with women who want the Independent Midwife option. I am able to provide you with the midwifery care you choose, spending time with you and your family during such a life changing event.
In my spare time I play a saxophone, try to learn French and I have 5 grandchildren (one of whom is shown below!)
